Our Director / Senior Director, Executive Coaching & Leadership Advisory serves as a strategic advisor and executive coach to C-suite executives and senior leaders, driving leadership effectiveness and enterprise performance.
The interim / temporary role leverages deep expertise in organizational psychology, assessment science, and leadership dynamics to shape leadership strategy, enhance talent outcomes, and enable business growth and transformation. This leadership position, reporting into the VP of People Strategy & Experience, also plays a key role in shaping enterprise leadership strategy and coaching standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-impact 1:1 and team coaching to C-suite executives and senior leaders, focused on performance, leadership effectiveness, and enterprise impact
Administer and interpret psychometric and leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, MBTI), translating insights into development strategies and actionable plans
Partner with HR and executive leadership to align coaching and leadership development with business priorities, workforce strategy, and succession planning
Lead the design of our enterprise-wide coaching strategy, frameworks, and governance to ensure scalable, consistent, and equitable delivery
Drive leadership and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including leadership development, culture transformation, and change management
Deliver data-informed insights on leadership capability, engagement, and organizational health to inform decision-making
Advise and mentor internal coaches and stakeholders to promote best practices in coaching and development
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex leadership, team, and organizational challenges
Continuously advance capability by staying current on emerging research, industry trends, and best practices in leadership development, assessment methodologies, and executive coaching
Apply innovative insights to evolve coaching approaches and measure impact, effectiveness, and return on investment
Knowledge, Skills, & Experiences:
Advanced degree in industrial / organizational psychology, organizational psychology, clinical psychology, or related field; PhD preferred
12-15+ years of experience in organizational development, including executive coaching and leadership consulting
Active certifications in psychometric and leadership assessments, including Hogan, MBTI, and ICF (PCC or MCC)
Proven experience coaching C-suite executives and senior leaders within global, complex, matrixed Fortune 500 environments
Deep expertise formulating and implementing strategy, coaching teams, and launching programs focused on building core capacity and workforce sustainability
Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships, establishing trusted and credible partnerships that drive performance and create meaningful collective impact
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level
Executive presence with the ability to operate strategically and deliver hands-on impact
Base pay rate for this position is $12,500/month. Final monthly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
