Long-Term Contract: $25-$28.90 per hour

Our client is seeking an Associate IT Support Specialist to support and optimize our asset lifecycle processes using ServiceNow. This role will partner closely with IT, Onboarding, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure accurate asset data, process efficiency, and compliance across hardware and software assets. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with ServiceNow and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Some IT support experience
• Familiar with ServiceNow
• Ability to come on-site at least once a week
