The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing relationships with business clients. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, creating strategic sales plans, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The B2B Sales manager will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and to develop strategies that effectively target potential customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>+3 years of B2B sales experience is a must.</li><li>Strong sales experience with skills in lead generation, developing client relationships, and closing high-value deals</li><li>Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, and contract negotiation</li><li>Ability to create sales strategies, perform market analysis, and identify new business opportunities</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Experience in technology or robotics industries is a plus</li><li>Tech Savvy</li><li>Experience selling to one of our vertical preferred</li><li>Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver</li><li>Ability to thrive in an opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.</li></ul><li><br></li>
