We are seeking safety conscious, Class A Linehaul Drivers. This position requires transferring freight to specified locations in a timely manner, hook and unhook commercial trailers, and complete all paperwork required by government regulations and company procedures/policies. Our Linehaul Drivers are home daily with weekends off, allowing them to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. If you are ready to take your driving career to the next level, hitch on and prosper with CCFS!<br><br><strong>PAY:</strong> $0.50 (Singles)<br><br><strong>SHIFT: </strong>Monday-Friday. 6-8pm start time<br><br><strong>ROUTE: </strong>El Paso, TX to Midland, TX to El Paso, TX (610 miles)<br><br><strong>Essential Job Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li> Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li> Hook up and haul trailers between our customer/terminal locations as instructed by dispatch or immediate supervisor</li><li> Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies the shipment to the delivery point</li><li> Operate tractor-trailer combination for extended periods of time, over long distances<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Valid Class A CDL</li><li> At least 21 years of age</li><li> 1 year of commercial driving experience</li><li> No DUI’s or DWI’s (in the past 3 years)</li><li> No more than 3 traffic violations (in past 3 years)</li><li> Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain - renewals reimbursable<br><br></li></ul><em>This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment</em>.<br><br>PHYSICAL DEMANDS<br><br><ul><li> Must be able to frequently enter and exit the cab of a commercial vehicle.</li><li> Must be able to carry freight weighing up to 40 pounds for a distance of up to 20 feet.</li><li> Must be able to hook and unhook various commercial vehicle combinations, to manually lower and raise landing gear, to operate fifth wheel release levers, to lock and release pintle-hooks, to attach and release safety chains, to open and close cargo doors, to climb into and out of vehicles, and to fuel and check oil/coolant levels of vehicles.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Local, Home Daily</li><li>Dedicated Routes + Consistent Miles/Hours Worked</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li><li>PTO, Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off, Wellness Time Off</li><li>401k Retirement Plan</li><li>Biweekly Pay<br><br></li></ul>#MTRDR
