</div><div>This position is designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building relationships within the business community. The primary focus of the role is generating and closing new commercial insurance opportunities across a wide range of industries.<br><br>
</div><div>The Producer will have access to multiple insurance carriers and markets, along with a dedicated account management and service support team responsible for servicing client accounts. This structure allows the Producer to remain focused on business development, sales activity, and client acquisition.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br> • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance opportunities<br> • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, referral partners, and centers of influence<br> • Generate leads through networking, community involvement, referrals, and strategic outreach<br> • Identify client risk exposures and develop customized insurance solutions<br> • Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction<br> • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet established sales goals<br><br>
