<p>The Good and the Beautiful is seeking a qualified individual interested in part-time work as a Customer Support Representative. </p>

<li><span>Respond to customer emails</span></li>
<li><span>Navigate multiple systems and programs </span></li>
<li><span>May be assigned to social media for commenting and messages</span></li>
<li><span>May be assigned to process refunds, vendor orders, and more</span></li>
<li><span>Projects and assignments as needed by management</span></li>
<li><span>Continued knowledge about products offered, inventory, website, blog details, etc. </span><br></li>

<li><span>Knowledgeable about products offered, website, videos, blog details, etc.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficient computer skills to<span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif"> access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif">Prior customer support experience preferred </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px">Must be 18 years of age or older</span></li>

<p>This is a remote position where you will need to supply your own internet and computer equipment. You must be able to commit to 3-4 uninterrupted, scheduled shifts for 5 hours in duration, per week. </p>

<p>There are no guaranteed hours and this could be a temporary position depending on the future needs of the company. 25 maximum hours per week. </p>
