You will bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring our apps deliver measurable value to thousands of merchants.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Lifecycle Management</strong> | Guide features from initial idea and discovery through specification to launch and post-launch optimization.</li><li><strong>Backlog & Prioritization</strong> | Independently maintain and prioritize app backlogs using frameworks like <strong>RICE</strong> to manage resources effectively.</li><li><strong>User Discovery</strong> | Validate user problems via interviews, friction analysis, and heatmaps to drive product decisions.</li><li><strong>Technical Specification</strong> | Create "dev-ready" tickets with precise user stories and clear acceptance criteria for our engineering team.</li><li><strong>Impact Measurement</strong> | Define KPI baselines and conduct post-launch evaluations to ensure data-driven iterations.</li><li><strong>Roadmap Strategy</strong> | Actively shape the product roadmap, managing epics, dependencies, and justified prioritization decisions.</li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Experience</strong> | 3–5 years of professional experience, with <strong>at least 2 years as a PM or PO</strong> holding independent product responsibility.</li><li><strong>Analytics</strong> | Strong proficiency in tools like <strong>PostHog, Mixpanel, or Tableau</strong> to measure impact and formulate hypotheses.</li><li><strong>Methodology</strong> | Expert at structured prioritization and managing "dev-ready" documentation in <strong>Jira or Asana</strong>.</li><li><strong>Communication</strong> | Professional fluency in <strong>German (C1/C2)</strong> and <strong>English (B2)</strong> is required.</li><li><strong>Industry Knowledge</strong> | Experience with <strong>Shopify</strong> or SaaS environments is a significant plus.</li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>€54,000 – €60,000</strong> fixed base salary, plus a performance-based bonus of up to <strong>€7,000</strong> per year.</li><li><strong>Fully remote work is possible</strong> after completion of your onboarding.</li><li><em>Please note: Onboarding involves 2 days on-site at our Berlin office.</em></li><li><strong>10% of your working time</strong> is strictly dedicated to individual <em>Weiterbildung</em> (further training) and growth initiatives.</li><li>Take true end-to-end responsibility for several Shopify apps with a highly measurable impact on the market.</li><li>Deutschlandticket / JobRad, Urban Sports Club membership, Mental Health platform access, and a company pension scheme.</li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Join the Team!</strong></p> <p>We are a cross-functional team where everyone is welcome.
