Project Overview

We need an SEO expert who can assess our current digital shortcomings, help us build a strong online foundation, and rapidly improve our competitive positioning in the New Orleans hospitality market.
Scope of Work
SEO Audit & Strategy Development
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audit to identify gaps
- Develop strategic SEO roadmap to rapidly establish online presence in hospitality markets
- Create foundational keyword research and content strategy for previously untapped search opportunities
- Design local SEO framework to capture "New Orleans hotel" searches we've been missing
Implementation Planning & Guidance
- Provide detailed recommendations for on-page optimization and technical improvements
- Design mobile optimization strategy for travelers researching on-the-go
- Deliver insights on direct booking conversion optimization from organic search
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Assist internal marketing manager on SEO best practices for hospitality
Your Consulting Experience
- 3+ years of SEO consulting experience with demonstrated success in competitive markets
- Proven track record working with hospitality, tourism, or travel industry clients
- Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to C-level executives
- Strong project management skills with ability to work independently
- Previous consulting experience with hotels in New Orleans or similar competitive tourist destinations
- Hospitality industry certifications or specialized training
- Experience with hospitality property management systems integration
**Industry Expertise Preferred**
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs)
