Key responsibilities:-

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and understanding business processes
  • Support ERP implementation (data setup, user configuration, workflow mapping)
  • Deliver training on Borg Desk Workplace modules
  • Track product usage and promote better adoption
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain documentation (call logs, reports, FAQs, support queries)
  • Collect customer feedback and build long-term relationships
  • Help clients use automation and MIS reports effectively
  • Participate in weekly review meetings to meet project timelines

Skills required:-

  • Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, etc.)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to learn software quickly and explain concepts simply
  • Logical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and patienceTeam collaboration and accountability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
