WE ARE HIRING Assistant Manager - Social Media Marketing

What The Role Will Require One To Do?

- Own key KPIs across engagement, follower growth, reach, and sentiment.

- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter and emerging platforms for domestic and key international brand handles.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices to elevate brand presence.

- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and platform readiness.

- Maintain detailed campaign trackers and performance dashboards.

- Share insights with brand teams to inform creative development and audience targeting.

- Adopt latest tools and practices to drive efficiency and innovation in social media management.

- Present monthly updates on social media initiatives, performance, and next steps.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders with clear documentation and communication.

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-8 years of experience in social media management, either agency or client-side.

- Hands-on expertise with platform tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, and third-party tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

- Strong understanding of content formats, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

- Experience with influencer marketing, content partnerships, and community building.

- Prior experience in retail/apparel brands is a plus.

- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post-graduate with certifications in social media, content marketing, or digital
analytics
