Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lounge Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
