Operations and Logistics Specialist

To support the growth of a fully integrated biotechnology organization, the full-time Operations and Logistics Specialist will manage the operations and logistics for the delivery of marketed products from a U.S. 3PL partner to authorized distributors, with the option to work remotely or from the corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, California. Key Responsibilities Assist with the movement of finished goods throughout the U.S. distribution ecosystem in collaboration with 3PL partners and distributors Manage the creation and maintenance of new business partners within the Ionis ERP Ecosystem (SAP S4/Hana) Collaborate with internal functions such as Accounting, Tax, Supply Chain, and IT to enhance cross-functional partnerships Required Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's, Associate, or relevant post-secondary degree, or significant industry experience Minimum of 5 years of bio/pharmaceutical experience within a commercial ecosystem Strong operational oversight with experience in managing KPIs and SLAs General knowledge of the U.S. distribution ecosystem Proven ability to assist with projects and initiatives to completion
