The Role

We are looking for a sharp, technically-minded Paid Social AdOps Executive to assist with the end-to-end execution, management, and troubleshooting of Meta advertising campaigns. If you understand the mechanics behind the platform and thrive on flawless campaign setups, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Manager & Access: Seamlessly navigate the Meta Business Portfolio, managing asset sharing, page access, and partner configurations.

Tracking & Data Infrastructure: Set up and manage the Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and configure custom events within Events Manager.

Campaign Execution: Build 'killer' campaign structures, ensuring precise audience targeting, placement optimisation, and flawless ad creative setups.

Commerce & Catalogues: Manage and troubleshoot Meta Commerce Manager and dynamic product catalogues.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defence for platform nuances, actively diagnosing and resolving delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and policy flags.

What We Are Looking For:

Hands-on experience navigating the backend of Meta Ads (Business Manager, Events Manager, Commerce Manager).

A strong grasp of ad placements, platform algorithms, and creative best practices.

A proactive troubleshooter who doesn't just report errors but investigates the 'why' and implements the fix.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to clean, error-free AdOps workflows.
