Description:

  • Own execution of the Product Legal Program and keep workstreams moving forward.
  • Track compliance rollouts and monitor global legal and regulatory updates.
  • Manage incoming legal requests and route them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Jira workflows and automations to reduce manual overhead.
  • Partner with the team to build, maintain, and deploy AI tools, agents, and prompts for legal operations.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze operational metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Streamline how legal advice is delivered to engineering and product teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow or technical improvements to scale the legal organization.
  • Hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines and project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Program management or paralegal experience within a fast-paced in-house technology company or a technology-focused law firm.
  • Familiarity with legal concepts and the software development lifecycle is highly valued.
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI productivity and coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or prompt engineering for workflow analytics.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project tracking systems to build and maintain operational infrastructure.
  • Any coding experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong project and compliance management skills, including tracking regulatory changes and rolling out compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior legal counsel and align cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent practical operational experience.

Benefits:

  • Zone 2 pay range of $132,000 to $181,500 USD.
