<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate applications using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and scalability</li>
<li>Act primarily on the backend, supporting full stack activities when required</li>
<li>Develop and maintain REST APIs, services, and system integrations</li>
<li>Produce technical documentation, including workflows, data structures, and architectural decisions</li>
<li>Analyze business and technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with the financial industry context</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices</li>
<li>Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in planning sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies</li>
<li>Work in a hands-on manner, with strong ownership and delivery focus</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services</li>
<li>Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems</li>
<li>Experience with Git and version control best practices</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices</li>
<li>Strong experience with SQL Server</li>
<li>Experience with relational data modeling</li>
<li>Development and maintenance of stored procedures</li>
<li>Query optimization and performance tuning</li>
<li>Experience handling large data volumes</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Full Stack support</li>
<li>Experience with system integrations and service consumption</li>
<li>Experience working in enterprise and mission-critical environments</li>
<li>Previous experience in the financial services industry</li>
<li>Experience with banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments</li>
<li>Understanding of financial sector operations such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations, and integration within the financial ecosystem</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based enterprise environments</li>
<li>Experience in high-availability or high-transaction systems</li>
<li>English for communication with international teams</li>
