The company is a privately held real estate investment and management firm operating as the investment and acquisition arm of a well-established family office. The portfolio includes over 5 million square feet of diversified real estate assets across the United States, including office, retail, residential, senior living, and industrial properties.
With a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, the firm actively manages and enhances its assets to drive long-term value. Operating with a lean team, the organization provides strong visibility into both financial operations and asset management, offering team members exposure across the full lifecycle of real estate ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
Support property-level accounting, including income and expense tracking and reconciliations
Assist with monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities and properties
Partner with property managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on financial matters
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency
Provide ad hoc financial and administrative support as needed
Maintain and update monthly rent rolls
Qualifications
3–7 years of accounting or financial administration experience
Property accounting experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
Experience with Yardi and/or MRI (preferred)
Strong understanding of AP/AR and general accounting principles
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
