Job Description: Social Media – Client Servicing & Film Production

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Industry Preference: Media, Entertainment, Advertising, TV or Film Agencies only

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong client coordination skills — ability to understand client briefs end-to-end and ensure timely execution.

- Experience working with digital influencers, TV/film talent, and managing their deliverables.

- Passionate about client servicing and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment.

- Excellent knowledge of production processes – including planning, organizing, and executing shoots.

- Ability to handle shoot coordination end-to-end:

→ Planning shoot timelines

→ Coordinating with talent/influencers

→ Booking crew, locations, equipment

→ Overseeing on-ground execution

→ Managing post-production timelines

- Coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

- Efficient data and content management – storage, tracking, and retrieval of production and client files.

- Support all areas of production – before, during, and after shoots.

- Supervise and manage the production team – directors, editors, writers, stylists, and other staff.

- Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions.

Required Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

- Strong understanding of brands, agency workings, and the entertainment industry

- Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
