Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and servers while providing technical support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
Apply security patches and conduct system updates to protect against vulnerabilities.
Maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and network configurations.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and support of IT assets.
Provide technical support and training to employees when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:1 TO 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration.
Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and data backups.
Familiarity with IT asset management and troubleshooting tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
