<p><strong>Temporary Recruiter (2-Month Assignment)</strong></p> <p><strong>$40.00/Hour | Immediate Opportunity</strong></p> <p><strong>Remote position but must reside in MA, CT, VT, NH or ME </strong></p> <p>Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities?</p> <p>Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a <strong>Temporary Recruiter</strong> to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels<br>• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews<br>• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up<br>• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs<br>• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals<br>• Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous recruiting experience required<br>• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred<br>• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills<br>• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates<br>• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed<br>• Strong communication and organizational skills<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Assignment Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>$40.00 per hour<br>• Approximately 2-month assignment<br>• Immediate start preferred (pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements)<br>• Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs</li> </ul> <p>If you're a recruiter who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.</p>
