Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition creation, sourcing, resume review, video pre-screens, interviews/interview scheduling, and extending offers.
Partner with hiring managers and the HR team on position descriptions and compensation guidance.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain deeper insight into open roles and hiring needs.
Source candidates using a variety of tools and creative search methods to build strong talent pipelines for IT and Non-IT roles at various levels.
Create and manage offer letters, maintain the applicant tracking system, and generate recruiting reports.
Review and post job openings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding guidelines and state-specific employment laws.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, including FLSA.
Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills: Technical recruitment, Talent sourcing, sourcing, technical recruiting
A bachelor s degree or related experience required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting.
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing full life cycle recruiting to include outbound sourcing.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to recruit on multiple roles at a time.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Has worked with iCIMS or other similar ATS.
Understands rules and regulations governing Talent Acquisition in our market space.
