What You’ll Do
- Support daily drilling rig operations
- Handle drill pipe and equipment
- Assist with rig maintenance and cleanup
- Follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings
- Complete paid training and skill development
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug, alcohol & physical fitness tests
- Experience in outdoor or heavy-labor work preferred
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts on 14-day rotations
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
