You'll support the full hiring lifecycle — from posting jobs and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and keeping our recruitment process running smoothly every single day.</p> <p>This isn't a coffee-fetching, task-logging kind of role. From day one, you'll be doing real, meaningful work that directly shapes who joins our team — and ultimately, who we become as a company.</p> <p>If you're someone who is organized, genuinely people-driven, and hungry to grow a career in HR and talent acquisition, we would love to build that future with you.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL OWN</strong></p> <ul><li>Support end-to-end recruitment activities — job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and pipeline updates</li><li>Manage candidate communications with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-through</li><li>Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Breezy.HR) with accurate candidate information and stage updates</li><li>Coordinate interview logistics for initial and final interview panels</li><li>Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment templates</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring updates to the Talent Team</li><li>Support onboarding coordination for newly hired teammates</li><li>Assist with HR administrative tasks in BambooHR as needed</li><li>Be a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process — making sure no one feels lost or forgotten</li></ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <ul><li>1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)</li><li>Genuinely excited about people — you find energy in connecting with candidates and making their experience a great one</li><li>Exceptionally organized — you can manage multiple open roles and candidates at once without dropping the ball</li><li>A clear, warm communicator — your emails and messages make people feel seen and respected</li><li>Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, ATS platforms, and HR systems (Breezy.HR and BambooHR experience is a plus)</li><li>Self-directed and proactive — you don't wait to be told twice and you follow through on everything</li><li>Eager to learn, coachable, and excited about growing in the HR and talent space</li><li>Comfortable working fully remotely with a strong, reliable home office setup</li></ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul><li>Full-time remote work with a complete WFH support program</li><li>Maxicare HMO + PhilHealth coverage</li><li>SIL, PTO, and a special birthday leave</li><li>Paid vacation leave</li><li>Zero-interest employee loan program</li><li>Performance bonuses and merit-based recognition</li><li>Monthly Gen Pow-Wows and team engagement events with prizes</li><li>Arvios Leadership Development Academy and workshop programs</li><li>Monthly 1-on-1 touchbase calls with your HR partner</li></ul> <p><strong>HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT)</strong></p> <ul><li>Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid</li><li>Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)</li><li>Noise-Cancelling Headset</li><li>Dual Monitor is mandatory</li><li>Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup</li></ul>
