We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Denver Endoscopy Center which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.<br><br><strong>Job Summary And Qualifications<br><br></strong>We are seeking a Lead Patient Care Technician for our ambulatory surgery center. As a Lead for this role you will assist the ASC leadership team in supervision of other PCTs and assist with orientation and competency review. You will provide safe and effective patient care by transporting patients safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness. You will assist with operating room turnover, sterile processing, inventory and supply maintenance. As an amazing addition to our team, you will uphold the HCA mission by committing to the care and improvement of human life.<br><br><strong>What you will do in this role: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Assists center leadership with selection, development & basic supervisor of current PCTs within the center </li><li> Assists with patient preparation for surgery and other procedures </li><li> Assists with mobility by regularly turning and positioning patients utilizing proper body mechanics </li><li> Assists in the transfer, transport & discharge of patients as directed </li><li>Assist in overturning your operating rooms between cases </li><li>Perform terminal cleaning of your surgical area </li><li>You will maintain sufficient supply levels, cleanliness and orderliness of all your equipment and supplies </li><li>You will answer phones </li><li>You will assist with computer data entry <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications you will need: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Associates Degree Preferred </li><li> Military Healthcare experience, EMT or CNA Preferred </li><li> Supervisory experience in healthcare Preferred </li><li>Valid BCLS Certification upon employment***online certification not acceptable<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Denver Endoscopy Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
