This role is central to keeping occupancy rates high, tenants satisfied, and properties well-maintained. You will handle everything from leasing inquiries and lease renewals through to maintenance coordination and rent follow-up. Prior hands-on experience working in US property management is essential — candidates without this background will not be considered.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle inbound leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and guide prospective tenants through the application process</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor rent collection, identify delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on outstanding balances</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution through vendor management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage move-in and move-out coordination including walkthroughs, inspections, and deposit tracking</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain up-to-date tenant records, lease files, and property data within property management systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide regular updates to property owners on occupancy, maintenance status, and tenant matters</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1+ years of leasing or property management experience within the US residential real estate market</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience across leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of US leasing practices, rental agreements, and tenant management processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using US property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US-based companies.
