Key Responsibilities
As a Lube Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Performing preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery tests, and safety checks
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in our award-winning training program to develop your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
- Communicating effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues and provide solutions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Lube Technician, you will need:
- An eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing situations
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous automotive experience or exposure to the industry
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certifications or training in automotive repair or maintenance
