We’re hiring experienced B2B appointment setters for a Part-time / Full time, salaried role with bonuses and commission focused on one thing only: calling.
The Role:
- 100% outbound appointment setting
- High-volume B2B dialing with clear expectations and tracked performance

Fully scrubbed lead list — nearly all numbers are direct cell phones of company owners
- You are not required to fully present or close (strictly setting appointments) for one of our principals
- Your job is to follow a short, proven script and book appointments
- Sample KPIs of one of our callers (these are real numbers):
- 146 dials→spoke with 28 people →booked 11 appointments had (11 not interested) →resulted in 6 closed (new clients)
The Service You’re Setting Appointments For:
- You’ll be calling business owners regarding legitimate business tax savings they want
- No long explanations or technical selling required
- Most conversations leading to a booking last less than 3 minutes
- We have numerous references including various Fortune 500 clients that will ensure you get the appointments you are calling to make (parent company has a proven 57 year successful track record)
Requirements (non-negotiable):
- 1+ years of B2B appointment setting experience
- US-based
- Work minimum 3-4hrs at least 3 days a week (we work nationwide)
- Experience working with metrics and KPIs (connects, conversations, appointments set)
- Confident, pleasing, professional phone presence and basic objection handling

Pay & Trial Period:
- $14/hour base pay
- Bonuses for appointments that attend
- Additional bonuses for deals that close
- 5-hour paid trial period
- All training time is paid
