This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage candidate <em>scheduling</em> and interview coordination at scale</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Support</em> recruiters with offer-stage and <em>onboarding</em> administration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory</strong> in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Prior experience working remotely is mandatory</strong>, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High attention to detail and process adherence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sourcing & <em>Scheduling</em> Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
