The individual will collaborate closely with technical leadership, internal cross‑functional teams, and external partners. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The position contributes to building internal expertise, strengthening cross‑functional alignment, and supporting the CoE’s mission to grow organization’s long‑term semiconductor capability.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in advanced research projects of emerging technologies utilizing Agile methodologies to prove hypothesis and define value with speed. Effectively utilize technical project resources while maintaining leading knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist senior and principal researchers in sensing for NA market and consumer trends, extract emerging technologies, and propose research initiatives</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compile and prepare sensing results and conclusions for internal stakeholders in support of setting technical direction and strategy. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Report results of sensing results to department leadership, division leadership, and other internal partners to explain how findings may impact future product offerings. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support technical teams, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor emerging technologies utilizing Agile methodologies to prove hypothesis and define value with speed.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</H2> </div><div><ul><li>Minimum Educational Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor level degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.</li><li>Minimum work experience: At least 3 or more years of relevant industry experience</li><li>Other job-specifc skills ▪ Knowledge of the semiconductor industry: chip architectures, open-source IP/ISA, CPU/GPU/NPU, FPGAs, SoCs and heterogenous integration. ▪ Experience in digital / analog / mixed signal chip design is desirable ▪ Familiarity with Assembly language ▪ Industry standard EDA tools experience ▪ Experience in Verilog / SystemVerilog or similar HDL ▪ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities ▪ Excellent communication skills and ability to produce presentation documents ▪ Ability to appropriately communicate and share technical findings with stakeholders, including those without specialized technical expertise ▪ Demonstrated capability to engage in research activities and analytical problem solving, with an interest in examining existing approaches and contributing to continuous improvement efforts ▪ Ability to learn new topics of applicable principles to design and manufacturing challenges ▪ Working knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies ▪ Design experiments to test hypothesis and prove them out ▪ Make decisions, under senior staff supervision, bounded by the research mission and understanding of the company business model ▪ Ability to efficiently manage resources to achieve project initiatives and schedule</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Workstyle</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This is an onsite job.
