Inova IT Administration is looking for a dedicated Sr. IT Operations Analyst to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time day-shift working Monday – Friday. The Sr. IT Operations Analyst leads the implementation and ongoing management of the Apptio platform. This role will be responsible for driving the TBM initiative by collaborating with IT, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology investments with business outcomes. The Program Manager will oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Apptio to deliver actionable insights into IT costs, performance, and value. Additionally, this individual will establish and maintain governance frameworks, manage data integrity, and provide guidance on TBM best practices to foster a culture of cost transparency and strategic decision-making across the organization.
