We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.<br><br>We are looking for a <strong>Strategic Account Lead</strong> to manage a portfolio of high-impact Amazon Advertising accounts, with a strong focus on Sponsored Ads and Japan-based clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining hands-on performance expertise with category-level ownership, enabling full-funnel Amazon Advertising strategies across Sponsored Ads and DSP. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, own performance outcomes, and contribute to scaling best practices across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (media, retail, creative, analytics) to ensure high-quality execution while driving long-term growth opportunities for our global clients.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br><u>Client & Strategy Leadership</u></p>
<ul><li>Own relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including Japan-based clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor</li><li>Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and long-term growth planning</li><li>Translate business goals into full-funnel Amazon Advertising strategies</li></ul>
<p><u>Performance & Campaign Oversight</u></p>
<ul><li>Own and oversee Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD), including campaign creation, optimization, and scaling</li><li>Manage keyword strategy, bidding, and retail signal alignment</li><li>Own and track KPIs such as Sales, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS</li><li>Identify optimization opportunities and guide execution teams on priorities</li><li>Ensure consistent performance improvements and high-quality delivery across accounts</li></ul>
<p><u>Amazon Ads Expertise (Sponsored Ads + DSP)</u></p>
<ul><li>Demonstrate deep expertise in Sponsored Ads, including campaign structure, optimization, and scaling</li><li>Apply high-level DSP knowledge to support upper-funnel strategy, audience targeting, and segmentation</li><li>Align DSP with Sponsored Ads to drive full-funnel impact</li><li>Stay up to date with Amazon Ads innovations (e.g., AMC, Amazon Marketing Stream) and translate them into actionable strategies</li></ul>
<p><u>Category & Portfolio Ownership</u></p>
<ul><li>Own performance and strategy across a portfolio or category of clients</li><li>Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across accounts</li><li>Share insights and recommendations to drive category-level improvements</li><li>Support business development initiatives and identify upsell opportunities</li></ul>
<p><u>Cross-functional Leadership</u></p>
<ul><li>Collaborate with media, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated execution</li><li>Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing</li><li>Contribute to internal process improvements and service evolution</li></ul>
<p><u>Client Communication & Reporting</u></p>
<ul><li>Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients</li><li>Deliver clear, data-driven insights tailored to different stakeholder levels</li><li>Manage client expectations and ensure long-term satisfaction and growth</li></ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred)</li><li>3–6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace advertising</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads (required)</li><li>Exposure to or understanding of Amazon DSP (preferred)</li><li>Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar platforms is a plus)</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>High level of ownership, organization, and accountability</li></ul>

<p>Experience:</p>
