Role Overview:
We are seeking a healthcare SME with experience in Patient Access Coordination to develop a comprehensive training course on the role of a Microsoft Patient Access Coordinator. The SME will be responsible for creating the course outline, developing and reviewing content, designing practical scenarios, and recording screencasts, talking-head videos, and green-screen presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Create course outline, learning objectives, and module structure.
- Develop and review content covering patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization, patient communication, and healthcare workflows.
- Design practical exercises and real-world patient access scenarios.
- Record high-quality screencasts demonstrating relevant Microsoft and healthcare workflow tools.
- Record talking-head and green-screen videos for course delivery.
- Validate technical and domain accuracy while ensuring alignment with current healthcare industry practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in Patient Access, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Operations, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, or related healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and patient engagement processes.
- Experience developing training content, eLearning courses, or healthcare education materials.
- Comfortable recording professional screencasts, talking-head videos, and green-screen presentations.
- Experience with Microsoft healthcare solutions, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or related healthcare technologies is preferred.
