This position will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and engaging in co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners, referral partners, and associations to drive measurable growth to sales pipeline and bookings. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">This role requires strong planning and execution skills and an ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging both internal stakeholders and partners to deliver results. You will be a trusted partner for sales, product management, product marketing, customer success, and the marketing team to generate buy-in and accelerate company-wide results. You will be responsible for communicating with partners, driving alignment and execution of Instinct’s marketing campaigns, report on marketing results, and preparing quarterly marketing plans and summaries.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>What You’ll Do đŸ±â€đŸ’»</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Build and maintain a partner strategy and recruitment and engagement plan to rapidly increase sales pipeline and bookings results from the Instinct partner channel.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design and implement co-marketing campaigns (email campaigns, newsletters, content syndication, webinars, PR, and more) to drive leads and a measurable impact to sales pipeline</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Create partner marketing materials to aid with recruitment and engagement, resulting in increased partner awareness, sales opportunities, and alignment with our business leaders designed with quality, thoroughness, and scalability </span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Identify and recruit referral and reseller agreements in the US and globally to extend our reach and uncover sales opportunities </span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Work with Senior Events Manager to support collaboration with Instinct partners/associations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Roll out marketing enablement sessions and programs to partners, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing for Instinct’s product portfolio, ICP, and alignment on messaging</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Create and manage communications with channel partners to drive awareness of campaigns, product updates, and business news</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Conduct ongoing partner meetings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to plan activities and measure performance against goals</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Prepare and present monthly partner marketing plans and performance results cross-functionally and to the executive team </span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Who You Are đŸ±â€đŸ’»</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Must Haves:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Bachelor’s diploma or degree in related field such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">At least 3 years of partner marketing experience in a B2B software environment</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Good communication and writing skills, and ability to present to an audience are essential</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong project management and time management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Good interpersonal skills and ability to “sell” partners on the benefits of partnering with Instinct</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Measurable success in driving partner business and engagement</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams, and is adaptable to changing priorities</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven ability to effectively develop and implement channel programs/procedures</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong analytical and negotiation skills to build compelling business cases in order to win internal and external support for partner marketing initiatives</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ability to travel and meet requirements set by outside organizations/events.
